How does check-in work?
Check-in at Loftigo is fully digital. After completing the guest check-in, you will receive your personal access code. This code works for both the building entrance (if required) and your apartment.
When is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you booked a late check-out, departure is at 1:00 PM. Your access code expires automatically after check-out.
How do I receive my access code?
Your personal access code is generated after completing the guest check-in. The code is valid only during your booked stay.
Can I enter earlier than check-in time?
No. Your access code only becomes active at your booked check-in time. Early access is only possible if early check-in has been booked.
How does WiFi work?
You will find a QR code in your apartment. Scan it, select your apartment, enter your email and confirm your email address. You will then receive the WiFi password automatically.
Why do I need to confirm my email for WiFi?
Email confirmation is required to receive your WiFi password. You will also receive occasional updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Where can I find my invoices?
You can find all invoices in your Loftigo profile under 'Invoices'. You can download them anytime as PDF.
When do I receive my invoice?
Invoices are generated automatically after booking and usually sent by email. If you don't receive it, you can always find it in your profile.
How should I pay the security deposit?
Please transfer the booking amount and the security deposit separately. Combining both payments can delay processing and refund of your deposit.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, extensions are possible if the apartment is still available. Please contact us early to secure availability.
Can I shorten my booking?
You can leave earlier, but unused nights are not refundable.
Can I reserve an apartment without payment?
No. Apartments are only secured after confirmed booking and payment.
What should I do at checkout?
Please leave the apartment broom-clean, close windows, switch off lights, remove food and dispose of trash. Your access code expires automatically.
Do I need to return keys?
No. Loftigo uses digital access only. Your code expires automatically after checkout.
What happens if I forget something after checkout?
Contact us directly. We can remotely open the apartment for a short time.
What should I do if something is broken?
Please do not attempt repairs yourself. Contact us directly and we will arrange support.
What if electricity, water or heating is not working?
Please contact us immediately. We will prioritize urgent technical issues.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Loftigo apartments and buildings.
Are parties allowed?
Parties are not strictly forbidden, but excessive noise and disturbances are not allowed. Quiet hours usually start at 10:00 PM.
What are the most important house rules?
Please treat the apartment with respect, avoid excessive noise, and follow the house rules available in the footer under 'For Guests'.
What happens if I leave the apartment very dirty?
A special cleaning fee may apply and can be deducted from your security deposit.
What should I do if my access code doesn't work?
Please contact us directly. We can assist you or unlock the door remotely.
