Loftigo Tiny House District Wellness House
Loftigo Development Project

Tiny House District

Our vision: a modern complex featuring high-quality tiny homes for technicians, business travelers, and long-term guests— combined with wellness, service, community, and maximum efficiency.

The idea

A new kind of stay for modern workers.

With the Tiny House District by Loftigo, we aim to create a completely new concept in accommodation: not a traditional hotel, nor a simple worker’s dormitory, but a thoughtfully designed complex featuring small, high-quality homes that combine privacy, comfort, and a pleasant living experience.

Every guest gets their own little home away from home—complemented by common areas, wellness offerings, convenient access to amenities, and digital processes and services that make daily life easier.

Design language

Warm, modern, durable.

Our material and design concept combines a natural wood finish, dark metal frames, soft lighting, and durable surfaces. The result is an architectural design that exudes quality, yet remains practical for everyday use and cost-effective.

The goal is a place that doesn’t look like a temporary solution—but rather like a place where people truly want to spend time.

Premium layer

More than accommodation: wellness & recovery.

A real added value of the concept is the combination of functional living with relaxation, peace and quiet, and little moments of luxury.

Higher quality recovery after work

Especially for technicians, project teams, and long-stay guests, relaxation is not a luxury, but a genuine added value. The District concept therefore deliberately complements the living spaces with retreat and wellness areas.

The social hub

Reception, bar and practical everyday services.

The heart of the complex is the central hub, where services, amenities, and community come together. The reception desk, snack vending machines, a small bar, and digital guest services all come together to form a setup that operates seamlessly.

Built for real life. Not just for brochures.

Designed for teams

Ideal for technicians, small workgroups, and project-based stays.

Fast & efficient

Digital processes, streamlined workflows, and simple procedures for operators and guests.

Scalable concept

The design can be built in a modular fashion and adapted to different plots of land.

Hospitality meets housing

Somewhere between an apartment, a hotel, and a worker village, a unique concept is taking shape.
